BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER 
 
 Under the direction of the Sales Manager, this position is responsible for the coordination of all non-sales activities in the store. This position is crucial to providing management data reports to the Store Management team as well as Home Office. Supervises front end, back end and HR administrative tasks performed by the Admin Specialist, Inventory Control Specialist and the Receiver. Ensures the accuracy of all shipments received or shipped to the store. In addition this position is integrated into the overall general management of the store through performance of the Manager on Duty function approximately 30% of the time.  Required to take an active role in driving sales and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.  May also supervise the Delivery Coordinator/Lead where applicable.  
 
Skill Requirements:  
  • 1-2 years of related supervisory/retail administration experience or greater
  • Successful completion of high school
  • Ability to handle difficult and/or intense situations diplomatically and professionally
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in preparation of management reports
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to meeting multiple deadlines
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information
  • Model a high level of customer service awareness and salesmanship
  • Provides positive and professional leadership and role modeling to all subordinates
  • Ensuring that all direct reports possess a high degree of customer awareness and provide exceptional customer assistance

SALES MANAGER
  
Responsible for supporting and cultivating the sales culture (thrust) at all levels of the store team.  Directly responsible for the day to day stocking, maintenance, presentation and signing of all merchandise to maximize sales, gross margin enrichment and customer satisfaction. Required to oversee the execution of the Check Outs, Service Centre, and Copy Centre to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service. Accountable for the accurate operational effectiveness of the Business Support Manager. This position is integrated into the overall general management of the store through performance of the Manager on Duty function. 
 
Skill Requirements: 
  • Three to five years related experience Successful completion of high school
  • Ability to handle difficult and/or intense situations diplomatically and professionally
  • Prioritizing and assigning work to direct reports
  • Strong drive and understanding of selling and customer service Maintain a high degree of personal standards and conduct
  • Required to develop and maintain a customer sales base and develop market awareness
  • Model a high level of customer service awareness and salesmanship
  • Ensure that all direct reports possess a high degree of customer awareness and provide exceptional customer assistance
